Evaluate the room during setup as well as use
For a meeting, demonstration or flexible customer space, list what moves before and after each activity. Folding tables, stacked chairs and display carts can place concentrated loads on the floor. Describe their feet, wheels and storage positions rather than counting only the people in the room.
Explain whether food, drinks or other spill-producing activities are part of the use. Include the route between storage and the main room. A finish should be considered against the full cycle of setting up, operating and cleaning, not just how the room looks when arranged.
Choose an appearance that fits repeated rearrangement
Review samples with the furniture and lighting intended for the space. Flake and solid color have different visual effects; texture and the complete product build need a separate discussion. Ask how the surface will be cleaned with the tools available.
Inspect the slab where furniture is stored and repeatedly moved. Share previous coatings, cracks, stains and moisture concerns. Agree on suitable preparation, repairs and the boundaries beside fixed cabinets or adjoining flooring before selecting the final system.
Schedule around the next setup date
The next booking or opening date is not the first moment the floor will be loaded. Include the arrival of tables, supplies and display equipment when discussing the closure. Confirm when each activity may resume under the installed system's instructions.
- Arrange storage outside the preparation and curing area.
- Review the floor before equipment conceals its edges.
- Confirm appropriate furniture protection and moving methods.
- Give setup and cleaning staff the same product-specific care guidance.
