Make the location and work area unambiguous
Use the physical installation address even when the business has a different mailing or administrative address. Add a suite, building name or entrance description where needed. This is particularly useful when a request comes from someone who manages the property from another location.
Bonner Springs spans three Kansas counties, and our statewide coverage includes each portion. The county does not determine the flooring system. Include a marked area plan showing the rooms to be coated and any adjoining space that is outside the requested work.
Build a useful site information package
Take overall photographs that show how the floor connects to doors, equipment and adjacent rooms. Add closer views of defects, old coatings and stained areas. Label the images by room so a photograph of one slab is not mistaken for conditions throughout the property.
Describe traffic, cleaning and materials used in each area. Include known repairs or recurring moisture concerns. This information supports the initial discussion, while the concrete still needs assessment before preparation and the proposed coating build can be settled.
- Separate the work-site address from billing information.
- Label rooms consistently in photographs and measurements.
- Name the contact who can provide physical access.
- Identify the person authorized to approve the floor scope.
Turn the brief into a project decision
Compare solid color, flake or another appropriate finish after the operating requirements are clear. If the project includes restaurant rooms, describe their cleaning and exposure individually. Ask the proposal to explain preparation, suitable repairs, boundaries and the proposed system for each area.
Request your Bonner Springs estimate with the address package and intended timing. Discuss any limitations on clearing the room and the required milestones for walking, equipment return and cleaning. Keep the final area plan with the approved scope so the installation and operating contacts share the same expectations.
